The ACFAI - Africa Center For Artificial Intelligence is pleased to announce our upcoming webinar hosting a highly topical and transformative discussion on public health: "Health Promotion in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Exploring Transformations Across Practice, Research, and Education."
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), health promotion is the process of enabling people to increase control over, and to improve, their health. Today, the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence is profoundly reshaping this mission. AI is changing how we conceive, implement, and evaluate public health initiatives across practice, research, and education. While these technological developments open up unprecedented perspectives for population well-being, they also bring essential ethical and scientific challenges that we must navigate responsibly.
We are honored to welcome Sarah MICHAUD as our guest speaker. Sarah is a distinguished public health professional and researcher based in Marrakech, Morocco, with over 15 years of experience spanning field practice and research. As the President of the Promote Health Now Association and the National Representative of the UNESCO Chair “Global Health & Education” for Morocco, her work beautifully integrates innovative digital technologies in the field of health promotion to bridge the gap between scientific advances and educational practices.
