Artificial Intelligence Training Program for African Companies (AITPAC)

learning, tablet, education, technology, school

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is profoundly transforming business models, job roles, and production systems worldwide. In Africa, many companies are facing a dual challenge:

  • Remaining competitive in an increasingly digitalized and globalized market;
  • Protecting jobs while upgrading the skills of their workforce.

Despite the growing importance of AI, access to high-quality AI training remains expensive and often poorly adapted to African realities. This program aims to bridge this gap by providing accessible, contextualized, and affordable AI training, at a cost 10% to 50% lower than market prices, specifically designed for companies operating in Africa.

General objective

To strengthen the competitiveness, productivity, and resilience of African companies through the responsible, secure, and strategic adoption of Artificial Intelligence.

Specific objectives

  • Enhance the competitiveness of African companies in local and international markets.
  • Improve team productivity through the effective use of AI tools.
  • Train employees in order to reduce job losses linked to automation and strengthen their ability to work with AI rather than be replaced by AI.
  • Raise awareness among companies about the ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation within African organizations.
  • Facilitate the adoption of automation solutions tailored to real business needs.
  • Offer customizable training programs adapted to different sectors (finance, HR, marketing, industry, services, etc.).

Target beneficiaries

  • Private companies and organizations based in Africa;
  • Business leaders, executives, and managers;
  • Employees and operational teams;
  • African startups, SMEs, and growing enterprises.
The project is open to all regions across Africa.
